Every Brulae we make is a love letter to indulgence — smooth, silky, and crowned with the perfect topping of your choice. Each spoonful is crafted to crack, melt, and linger just long enough to make you close your eyes and smile.
From our signature Vanilla Brulae infused with golden honey, Baklava Brulae kissed with rose petals, honey and pistachio, to our Date-infused Brulae that nods to the roots of Arabian hospitality (and the many other delicious flavours!), every flavour has a story to tell - some whisper of tradition, others hum with playful modern twists.
It all started one evening in London, when our co-founders, Asa and Leslie, set out in search for something sweet. That simple craving turned into an unexpected discovery, and soon a vision to reimagine a classic treat with the warmth of home, a hint of surprise, and a whole lot of heart.
Now, right here in the Emirates, that dream burns brighter than ever.
