Can I mix and match flavors in one box?

Of course — our boxes are designed for variety. Depending on the box size, you can mix up to 5 Mini or 2 Large or 3 Medium flavours. But who needs just one box of Brulaes!?

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

We currently don’t offer vegan or gluten-free items. Please refer to the product descriptions for specific allergen details.

Are your products suitable for everyone?

Our products contain dairy and eggs and certain products contain nuts, and are made in a kitchen where these and other allergens are present. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from these ingredients or traces.

Can I order through delivery apps?

We’re working on joining major delivery platforms soon!

For now, all orders can be placed directly through our Brulae website or Instagram @eatbrulae — we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer custom desserts for events?

Yes, absolutely! We love bringing your celebrations to life. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private gathering, we can personalize the flavors, colors, packaging, and presentation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is based on you spending AED 50.

How big are the Brulaes?

Our Brulaes are available in 3 sizes and are as follows:

Large - 10.5cm diameter

Medium - 7.5cm diameter

Mini - 5.3cm diameter

How far in advance should I place my order?

We deliver every Wednesday and Friday for standard orders.

For events or custom requests, we can accommodate same-day delivery, but we recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance so we can prepare everything perfectly.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?

At the moment, we deliver primarily to Dubai but can also deliver to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. For deliveries outside these cities, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How should I store my Brulaes?

Our Brulae's and toppings are best kept refrigerated and enjoyed the same day for the best taste and texture.

What is the return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. We take great care in the preparation, handling, and packaging of all products to ensure they are delivered in optimal condition.

Customer satisfaction remains our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order—such as damage during transit, receipt of an incorrect item, or concerns regarding product quality—please contact us promptly at hey@brulae.com

Our team will review your case and take appropriate action to resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner.

What if my Brulae is damaged?

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. Should you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at hey@brulae.com including your order number and, if possible, supporting photographs.

Upon review, we will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
